We feel privileged to be able to use some of Britain’s finest, award winning, Lamb, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Sausages, Bread, Pickles and Condiments. We are only as good as our ingredient suppliers – so thank you all.
Taste Tradition Ltd
Multi Award winning farmers and Catering Butchers who specialise in the Native British & Rare Breeds of Lamb, Beef & Pork. Taste Tradition arguably produce some of the best meat in the country. Customers include many of Britain’s most prestigious hotels & restaurants and several TV celebrity chefs. We use their Saddleback or Gloucester Old Spot Pigs for our Hog Roasts. Taste Tradition Beef won the best red meat in Britain last year. The marbling of the 28 day aged beef makes for an incredible Roast.
Herb Fed Poultry
Edward Wilkinson gave up his successful London career to come back to his Yorkshire farming roots and create some outstanding products. Edwards chickens and turkeys are all 100% free range and in addition to natural foraging they are fed on a diet of fresh herbs. The natural lifestyle produces amazing tasting meat. Based in Yorkshire, Paul and Lizzie Mercer produce a superb range of Jams, Pickles and Chutneys. As it says on their web site, Paul is an obsessive foodie who is constantly trying new recipes and ideas. Their Apple, Sage & Cider Sauce is an amazing accompaniment to our Pork roasts.
